Notice of Public Hearing- September 3, 2026

The Supreme Court Rules Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 3, 2026, beginning at 10 A.M., at the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, 222 N. LaSalle Street, 13th Floor, in Chicago related to proposals to amend Supreme Court Rules 46, 277, 906 and 753, and a proposal to create a new Supreme Court Rule 278.
