Remote appearances shall be allowed without advanced
approval for the following proceeding types:
* Initial
Appearances (excluding detention hearings)
* Status
hearings
* Arraignment
at which a plea of not guilty will be entered
* Presentation
of a signed jury waiver
* Non-evidentiary
hearings
All other proceeding types require advance approval of the court and a waiver of in-person proceeding and consent to the remote appearance prepared and signed by Defendant and Defendant's attorney of record.
