Zoom Policy
Zoom appearances will be allowed for any pre-trial and status dates. All hearings and pleas shall be conducted in-person.
Zoom is considered an extension of the in-person Court call and shall therefore be subject to the following rules:
- Zoom users' screen name must be their legal first and last name.
- Zoom participants shall remain muted and have their cameras turned off until called upon by the Court.
- Zoom participants are NOT allowed to appear from the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle, regardless of whether the vehicle is stationary or moving.
- Anyone who violates any of the above stated rules is subject to removal from the Zoom call and will be considered a no-show for Court purposes.
