Driving Under the Influence

Driving Under the Influence charges are criminal in nature, and can involve either alcohol, drugs or a combination of the two.  Misdemeanor cases are given either a DT or CV designation and are heard on the 3rd floor of the Will County Courthouse.  Felony cases with a CF designation are heard on the 4th floor of the Will County Courthouse.

Public Notice

The 12th Judicial Circuit prohibits all weapons and outside food and drink from courthouses.  Cell phones and smart devices are allowed, but video and/or audio recording in the courthouse without preauthorization from the Chief Judge's Office is prohibited. 

Firearms are not permitted in any Circuit Court building pursuant to 430 ILCS 66/65(a)(4).
